Cooking

step-0
First make the sponge cake. I will say that this is the most amazing sponge cake recipe for cakes such a plan. It is very tender and tasty, I use it very often and not only in this cake. If you need a chocolate option, replace half the norm of flour with cocoa powder. So, beat 2 eggs with 80 g of sugar. Add 3 tbsp. of milk and 120 ml of vegetable oil. Stir.
step-1
Sift in the resulting mass 60 g flour, 60 g of starch and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix with spatula or low speed mixer.
step-2
Pour in the dough with a parchment shape with a diameter of 26 cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Be guided by Your oven.
step-3
Soak 12 grams of gelatin in a little cold water.
step-4
Cottage cheese whipped with jogurtom, 75 g sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. I'll note that the cheese can be wiped in a blender, if You don't like grains, you can use cottage cheese. I was doing all these options and each time the cake turned out delicious.
step-5
Gelatin to dissolve in a water bath. Do not overheat it as soon as the gelatin dissolves, remove it. Combine the gelatin with the cheese mass, stirring constantly. If the gelatin is hot, leave it for a while to cool down, otherwise when you connect with the cottage cheese it will be lumpy because of the large temperature difference. You can also add a few spoons of cottage cheese mixture to the gelatin with constant stirring, and then connect all the bulk.
step-6
Now whisk 200 ml cream and mix with the curd mass. The cream is ready.
step-7
On the cooled biscuit base set Board from the form.
step-8
Spread a little cream and 2/3 of berries.
step-9
Then spread the remaining cream and send the cake in the fridge to full hardening. When the cake is ready, remove the Board from the FORTS (you can blow a Hairdryer) and decorate with the remaining nuts and grapes.
