Cake Lemon
This delicate cake will brighten up a cold winter evening.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    10 g

  • Soda

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Banana

    2 piece

Mix cottage cheese with eggs and yogurt in a blender to get a homogenous mass. I use conventional (non-immersion) blender. It turned into mush with the lemon zest. First, the lemon is cleaned, divided into slices, removed the seeds, then all milled.

Add soda, vanilla and lemon cheese. In a Cup pour 4 tbsp. flour, zamesit soft dough, gradually adding flour, you may need a little more than 5 cups. The dough barely sticks to the hands.

The resulting dough, divide into pieces, put under the tape on the delay for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. I usually make a custard (1 egg + 1 tbsp. sugar + 1 tbsp flour + 1.5 Cup. milk), you can use the oil, someone like that.
