Cooking
Separate eggs into yolks and whites, beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water and 120g of sugar, add the flour and whisk.
Beat the whites with the salt and remaining 30g of sugar.
Carefully mix the whites with the dough.
In order to bake level cakes, I used the ring from the split form. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, greased, put the ring and put 7-8 tablespoons of dough (I have a form 26cm).
Then ring out, the dough does not spread. Put in pre heated oven. And bake until slightly Golden. Attention, remove from parchment paper while hot, cooled, if the cakes will break.
Brew a rich coffee, let cool.
Melt the chocolate, leave to cool. On parchment sheet spread with a wooden spatula melted a bit of chocolate, a layer of approximately 2 mm, put in the freezer to solidify. You will need it for registration.
Beat softened butter with icing sugar, add the coffee and whisk. Some amount of cream to delay (approximately 5 tablespoons) for clearance. Add the cooled melted chocolate.
Spread the cake and put into the refrigerator not less than an hour.
Separated from the cake 4 pieces: two larger on the sides, two small pieces in front and back.
Two small pieces form a tower. Insert wafer tube.
Large pieces make the future tracks of the tank.
Coffee frosting, divide in half, in one part add green dye. Decorate with colored cream in the form of camouflage, biscuits and chocolate. From pastry syringe to draw the tracks.
