  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sesame

In a bowl mix the sifted flour and salt. Add the olive oil and water, heated to 60-70 degrees. Knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm Cut the dough into strips 1 cm thick Strips, you can leave it or twist of the spiral. Spread strips on a baking sheet.
