Cooking
Eggplant wash, cut into slices, lay in a deep bowl, add salt cover with water and leave for 30 min.
Finely chop nuts with a knife, beat the eggs, pour the flour on a plate.
Eggplant roll in flour,
Dip in the egg

Put on the grill aeropittura and roast at 180 degrees for 15 min.
