Charlotte is one of the easiest and tastiest pies. I offer you the recipe of Charlotte with pears, apples and cranberries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Egg white

    6 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Proteins whisk with sugar until thick cream. Add a little lemon juice.

Sift flour with salt, baking powder, vanilla and gradually add in the cream.
