Carp is the king of Christmas table
Read that in many European countries and not only, the carp is a mandatory new year's dish... I Think the Cook hundreds of recipes for cooking carp... here is my plan and put on the contest "new year tastes of the planet"

Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Lemon

Cooking

Guts and clean the fish, cut out everything we don't need (fins, gills). RUB the inside of the belly with salt and pepper.

For the filling, cut potatoes, carrots, onion cubes. Add the cranberries, just add salt and stuffed with of Carpiquet.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper or foil and lay out of Carpiquet. Bake about 15 minutes at 200 deg, and 45 min at 180 deg.

Spread slightly cooled of Carpiquet on a dish and decorate! Bon appetit!
