Orange marmalade in the microwave
Fragrant and bright, the jam is transparent and thick. Prepares in just minutes in the microwave! It can be used for stuffing, buns, bagels, sandwich pies and cakes, or simply spread on a piece of bread or other baked goods.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

What we need

Orange peel and white fibers, films.

"Fillet" orange blend at high speed until a homogeneous slurry.

Pour orange pulp into a container that you can put in the microwave. Important: the tank must be high, as the jam will rise. Add sugar and squeeze the juice from half of a lemon (lime). Stir.

Put in the microwave for 7 minutes at a power of 800 watts. Get a bowl, stir the jam. Again put the jam in the microwave for another 5 minutes at the same power. Take out, stir and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.

To store this jam can be quite long in the fridge.
