Orekhovo-Coffee cookies
A delicious nutty cookie with a delicate coffee cream. The recipe is from the book "Meals in the European style"

Ingredients

  • Butter

    235 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    5 tsp

  • Nuts

    125 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Powdered sugar

    250 g

  • Water

    65 ml

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

With a mixer beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
