Description
In my life I've had little experience in the restaurant. And there's a girl-the pastry chef made a dessert. Gentle, sweet, creamy curd with a tart sauce. Mmm... the Dessert was very popular among visitors.

Cooking
Beat the butter, add cottage cheese and 1-2 tbsp sugar. Beat. Cheese is better to take dry, I want to say, curd is not suitable, it is very fluid and additives that are there, will cut the taste. This time I took my cottage cheese, but could not see gave it to drain completely, so the cream I got a little watery.
Add crumbled halva and whisk until then, until the cream becomes homogeneous, without crumbs of halva. While we make the sauce and topping cream can be put in the refrigerator.
I make the cream in a blender, but can be done with a mixer. Then the cheese need to RUB through a sieve, and halva grind into powder and then beat with a mixer.
Cereal pour on dry heated pan and fry until Golden brown, stirring constantly. Most importantly, they don't overcook, as they will be unpresentable appearance :-). As soon as they changed the color, added incomplete tablespoon of sugar and quickly stir so that the sugar doesn't burn.
Once the sugar is sacramentaries, switch off and leave the pan.
Now for the sauce. In hot water, add cranberries and boil for a few minutes. To crush the berries with a spoon. Drain.
Pure juice add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (with sugar, it is important not to overdo it - the sauce should be not too sweet, and sour). Separately in a small amount of water with 1-2 tsp of starch and pour in hot juice. Cook another couple of minutes until thick. The sauce should be slightly thicker than jelly. Cool!!!
Spread the cream slide from your pastry bag. Around pour the sauce on top and sprinkle caramelized cereal. And dessert is ready :-) Bon appetit!!!
