In 70 ml of warm water to dissolve 0,5 tsp dry yeast + 0.5 tsp. of sugar. Keep it for 15-20 min.
Got in the store I've been to this mixture. I use it for fermenting. Such a package is enough for 9 loaves of bread.
If you do not have this mixture that you can use to ferment this mixture to brew. This package is enough for 3 loaves of bread.
So, 50 grams. mixture + 30 g. rye flour. Add the yeast, stir and leave for 1 hour.
After an hour in the loaf pan to put the starter yogurt (140 gr.), vegetable oil (1 tbsp), water (150 ml). Add rye (100 gr.) and wheat (250 gr.) flour, salt (1 tsp), sugar (2 tsp), dry yeast (1 tsp).
Trust kneading bread, putting on the "dough" (1.5 hours). When the dough is ready, set the mode "pastries" (1 hour).
In an hour ready for our bread.
