Prepare the sourdough. 1/3 100-gram pack of yeast mix with the water, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp sugar. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Add flour, 2 tbsp oil, salt, vanillin at the tip of a knife and kneaded the dough as for pancakes. If pies are scheduled sweet - add another 1-2 tbsp of sugar
