Buckwheat porridge with a twist
Was thinking what to cook today, to the store did not want to go in this heat, I decided to make do with what was... and here is the result!!)))

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Sesame

    50 g

  • Fat

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Butter

    3 tsp

1. The buckwheat to sort, wash well. 2. Let it drain and dry a bit. 3. In a saucepan, with thick walls and bottom, on low heat melt the butter (2 - 3 teaspoon). 4. Stir in buckwheat and sesame seeds, stir well so that every grain was covered with oil, 2 minutes on a slow fire to fry, carefully stirring occasionally. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Boil 3 cups of water and pour buckwheat. 7. Close the lid (do not open) and leave for half an hour.
