I want to offer one more dish for picky children. One of my boys does not like buckwheat... but in this version, asked for more.....
Ingredients

Buckwheat
300 g

Sausage

Chicken egg

Ketchup
2 Tbsp

Cheese

Black pepper
Cooking
Grits boil in salted water.
Prepare sauce:beat eggs.
Sausages (2 pieces), finely chop and mix with beaten eggs,you add tomato sauce and mix well
Ready buckwheat,mix well the sauce,add spices at your discretion.
Form grease with oil,and spread to buckwheat oval.
Sausages cut into circles and stripes it will be a"scales and tails of fish"
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
