Macaroni cake with cottage cheese and spinach
This cake I dedicate to his beloved son, who today made their first steps!!!!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

The macaroni and boil until tender in salted water, rinse with cold water, drain in a colander.

Spinach defrosted if fresh - wash and dry.

Onion and garlic finely chop, fry in Rast.oil until Golden brown.

Ham and cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Portions molds grease with oil, sprinkle with chopped nuts (I have almonds). Put 1 layer of pasta on the bottom.

In a deep bowl, mix the onion, garlic, spinach, cheese, ham, cheese, flour, eggs and remaining pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Put into molds, cover the top with foil and bake for 55 minutes at 200 gr.

Flip the cakes out of the tins onto a plate, pour sour cream and garnish with dill.
