Very chocolate cupcakes that due to the large caps of whipped cream turning into cakes... Very tender and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Milk

    160 ml

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Chocolate chips

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with the pinch of salt until fluffy foam.

Add sugar. Beat.

Enter the egg yolks one at a time, whisking continuously.

Pour in the melted butter. Beat.

Pour in the milk. Beat.

Sift flour with baking powder, mix gently.

Pour cocoa. Mix gently until smooth.

Put the dough into molds 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.

Give kaksekam to cool. To whip the cream. Spread on cupcakes using a pastry syringe or bag. Sprinkle with crumble topping.
