Pies puff
Puff pastry stuffed with eggplant, mushrooms and cheese. Very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The dough defrosted. Eggplant and mushrooms cut into small cubes. Garlic chopped.

In skillet, heat oil and fry eggplant, mushrooms and garlic for minutes 10. Add the tomato paste, pepper, salt and simmer until tender.

To put it into the plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and mix well. Cool. The stuffing is ready.

Roll the dough, cut into equal number of squares. In the middle of each put the filling, cover with another square. Stung the edge of pies.

Egg mixed with milk. Brush them with egg-milk mixture. Bake at 220-230 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
