Description
It was like this: bake pancakes, and TV shows how to cook lasagna. So I decided to combine what I do with that show. It turned out great.

Cooking
Filling No. 1. Fry the onions in butter, add ground beef, salt, pepper, seasonings - as desired (I added salt instead of bouillon concentrate, ground nutmeg and Basil) and red wine.
Filling No. 2. Fry the onions in butter, add mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms until they will crackle and slightly browned. Then add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and sour cream. Not necessary to salt, mayonnaise, in principle, enough.
Pasta. Fry the onions in butter, add tomato paste (if tomatoes, then of course better), 100 g of water or broth, salt, pepper, garlic (finely chop or skip through chesnokodavku) and spices (I added Basil).
The bottom of the pan lay out the pancakes and spread half of the pasta.
On pasta, spread half of filling No. 1, closed with pancakes.
The second layer half of the filling No. 2 and again close our pancakes. The third layer stuffed pasta No. 1 pancakes, the fourth filling No. 2.
All is well close the crepes and folded the edges. Top coat with mayonnaise. Put into the oven (in the Solarium) for 20-25 min. at 170-180 deg..
