Salad of raw pumpkin with Apple
It is very easy and quick salad. Sometimes do in the morning, in haste. To the surprise of many, including me (before) - eat raw pumpkin can and very nice. The main thing - the right combination. With Apple, I think pumpkin goes very well, it gives the salad a fresh and sour-sweet taste. This salad can be eaten for Breakfast or as a dessert and use a variety of dressings or no dressings at all (as I often do). Pumpkin and apples can be cut (as I describe) or RUB.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Take a pumpkin and cut off from it any piece.

A whole mug of Butternut squash a lot, so I take half

Cut the pumpkin into wedges of the type of straw thickness of about 1 cm

And cut into squares of 1 cm by 1 cm by 1 - 2 mm (to make it easier to chew it)

Apple peel and cut into small thin pieces (to match the pieces of pumpkin)

Mix the pumpkin with the Apple. Optionally make the dressing by mixing lemon juice with honey and pour the salad. You can add cinnamon, or other spices to taste.
