Today I want to share with You, cooks, delicious dessert cake that is cooked... Yes, Yes... of crumbs (preferably, of course, home). The pie turns out perfectly smooth (baked it in round and in square and rectangular form), with soft, loose structure. Invite everyone to a tea party!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Honey

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

In a bowl break the eggs, add the sugar and on medium speed beat with mixer. (Beat 4-5 min)

Add the yogurt and mix well with a spatula.

Add breadcrumbs, stir.

Add the flour with the baking powder and again mix well.

Spread the batter in greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form ( about 20 x 10 cm, if the round - Ø 20 cm). Form it is desirable to take split, because we will pour pie impregnation.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes. be Guided by your oven!

Heat the milk to soak (I warmed in MV at 900 W -1, 5 minutes) and dissolve honey in it.

Pour hot cake hot milk. Milk is very quickly absorbed, like a sponge.

Once milk is all absorbed, lay the cake on a dish, let cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
