Eggplant casserole
Saw a similar dish, but I still do it differently.

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Eggplant

  • Fetaki

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

Unwashed eggplant cut into tabs, lay on a towel, sprinkle with salt and allow to soak 10 minutes, rinse and roast as usual. Onion cut into half rings, pepper - diced not very large, fry, add grated on a coarse grater potato.
