Here's the recipe I once saw in a TV program. Since it is an inherent part of our holiday table.

Cooking
First prepare the batter: mix eggs with mayonnaise, flour, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Then cut into thick slices the cue ball ( about 0.5 cm)and good beats.
Cut the onion into half rings (as thin as possible), cucumber slices, cheese grate on a coarse grater; my mushrooms ,cut in half and polukoltsami, then fry.
Spread our training for now and grease them with mayonnaise, then lay out (not tight) onion, put on top of sliced cucumbers. Put it on the stove the pan, heat it, but reserve for cooking only at medium heat.
Now bottom chops dipped in batter and put on pan. At that time, as they begin to brown, sprinkle them on top with grated cheese and pour batter (1 tablespoon for each cue. Then carefully turn the chops and fry for another 2 minutes (until Golden rind on the cheese). On a greased baking sheet put fried chops, top dripping with mayonnaise, put a small sprig of parsley and put it into the preheated oven (150-180 degrees).
In 15-20 minutes take out the chops. Bon Appetit!!!
