Buckwheat with mushrooms and pine nuts
It turns out very fragrant and tasty buckwheat porridge :-)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

  • Salt

Buckwheat boil in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part buckwheat. While it is cooking, cut the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil with added butter (I just this combination of oils you like).

When mushrooms are browned, add to the same pine nuts (I didn't grind - the whole put). Lightly fry.

When the mushrooms with the nuts slightly protomelas add cooked buckwheat, stir, add salt and fry for a few minutes. Fragrant and delicious buckwheat ready! Bon appetit!
