Cooking
Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
Knead and roll the dough into a ball. Anticipating a question by the lack of baking powder, I would say that as part of the test for this enough fat.

The filling in this pie can be changed to your liking: favorite jam, chopped walnuts, sugar and cinnamon to the apples, you can add the dried fruit.
