Warm salad with chicken
Warm salads are the perfect solution for those who like light, but at the same time hearty. Because summer is the time to stock up on vitamins. The idea of this salad thank you Kate (Panterochka). The Foundation I took and added a bit to your taste. And the name came to mind, looking at the color of the main ingredients.

Of all the cereals I prefer rice, because there is virtually no dishes to which it was impossible to apply. What I like the most fragrant Jasmine rice. Its grains when cooked a little stick, but never lose their shape. The Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral" goes well with all the ingredients of this dish. And the use of series of products bags handy, not only because the rice is quickly cooked, but it doesn't need rinse and measure. One packet equals one serving.

Put water for rice to boil and at the same time prepare the remaining ingredients: Chicken breast, finely chopped; Red shred cabbage; beets grate on a grater; Dates to release from the bones and chop. The water is boiling, drop into it a bag of rice and start...

We're doing chicken breast. In a pan heat vegetable oil, put chicken pieces and fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Meat should grab and turn white. Then diminish the fire, close the lid and simmer, while cooking the rice and preparing vegetables. If necessary, you can add a little water. Salt and pepper are added to taste.

Now it is the turn of vegetables. You can add them to the salad fresh, but I prefer a slightly pripustit in a small amount of oil and/or water. Cooked this way the vegetables all the vitamins are stored and absorbed they are much better than fresh. Vegetables remain crisp, but less traumatic to the digestive tract in the presence of any problems. So heat the pan vegetable oil, add the cabbage and fry for 1-2 minutes on high heat.

Then add the beets and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.

The next ingredient - dates. Add them to the vegetables, diminish the fire, close the lid and simmer or until the end of cooking the rice for about 10 minutes, or until desired degree of readiness ("hruskoci").

This time I wanted to strengthen "the purple" dish and give it even more fruity touch, so I added a little pre-brewed hibiscus tea. Also add salt and pepper to taste.

15 minutes have passed, the rice was boiled. Get the bag of rice out of the water, let it drain and spread the rice on a plate. This time I cooked two dishes with Jasmine rice. Half sachet to the liver with fruit and salad for the warm half of the bag, as it only made one serving.
