Cooking
That's what we need for our meatballs.
Initially boil the rice(be sure to wash and pour in a pan cold water only).Minced chicken put in a deep bowl. Then the onion for the stuffing peel, cut into small pieces and place in a blender. There add the parsley to the ground beef, one grated on a coarse grater carrots and mayonnaise for the stuffing. All grind in a blender.
All pour into chicken mince. Pieces of baton to impregnate milk and grind. Add to the boiled washed rice, egg, soaked bread and flour for meat.Mix everything. Then do a layer, or the ordinary fries - grated on a coarse grater carrots to layer and not very finely chopped onion to layer fry until semi cooked on a small fire. And yet, postponing it to the side.
Put the pan on fire, pour oil. Meatballs formed moistened hands (to prevent sticking), play them in flour, if necessary, again formed and spread on a heated pan.
Fry on both sides and put in a roaster - it will be the 1st layer.
Next, the second layer will put in our layer. And so, alternating, put layers. Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise to fill with sauce and parsley for filling. It is desirable to add water or milk to fill almost all over the meatballs.
Cover with the roaster lid and put on fire. Bring to a boil and turn down the heat to low. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
