Long thought how to cope with a pretty daunting task: to feed his large family that was tasty and kids and adults. Here's a tasty morsel!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Baton

    4 piece

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

That's what we need for our meatballs.

Initially boil the rice(be sure to wash and pour in a pan cold water only).Minced chicken put in a deep bowl. Then the onion for the stuffing peel, cut into small pieces and place in a blender. There add the parsley to the ground beef, one grated on a coarse grater carrots and mayonnaise for the stuffing. All grind in a blender.
