Pie Pushinka
Gentle air pie dough(without eggs), oily sugar prosloechkoy and poppy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

In warm milk to dissolve 150g of sugar, a pinch of salt, a sachet of dry yeast, add 2 cups of flour, mix well. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Then pour the melted margarine, add remaining flour, knead not abrupt dough. Let stand in a warm place for another 30 minutes. Then spread 1/2 of the dough in a greased form. On top of the dough, put a teaspoon of the butter-sugar mass.

The butter-sugar layer: stir softened butter with 150g sugar and a sachet of vanillin.

From top to distribute the remaining dough.

The top of the cake sprinkle with poppy dressing: mix 1tbsp.l Mack, 1st.l of sugar, 1tbsp.l flour and 2st.l of vegetable oil.

Put the pie in the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes.

Oily mass is baked in the batter and the cake turns out delicious, creamy prosloechkoy...mmm...pie is excellent...tender, flavorful, airy, like a feather... Bon appetit!!!!!!
