Very tender meat in a crispy walnut crust. What could be tastier? It is not recommended to abuse people on a diet, so as not to come off! Calorie, but very tasty!

Wash the meat and dry. Every 2 cm to make the meat deep cross cuts. Peppercorns crush. Celery finely chop. Onion cut into half rings. Put the meat into the form, sprinkle with celery, onion, pepper, pour 100 ml of oil (to your taste, I added vegetable, although the recipe was olive, I think that the peanut is generally ideal). Leave for 1 hour. Greens finely chop, crush the garlic, nuts grind. Season with salt to taste and add 50 ml of cream. Smear this mixture into the meat on all sides.

Preheat the oven. Meat wrap in foil and bake for about 2 hours. 20 minutes before ready to open the foil to brown the meat.
