Wheat bread
Found the recipe for this bread on the site of Arkaim. Decided to try, turned out pretty tasty bread.

Ingredients

  • Beer

    70 ml

  • Flour

    470 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

First make the dough: take a beer at room temperature and dissolve the yeast in it(5g)+ flour. All mix and leave alone for 4-5 hours. I did the dough in the evening, so put it in the fridge overnight and in the morning took out and gave to stand in the kitchen a couple of hours. The finished dough will blow bubbles.

Then make the dough. Mix the dough and all the other ingredients(water, flour, yeast and salt) in a bowl. Knead well ,preferably skripochka, because the dough will stick to hands. And it will not be cool. When in a bowl, mix well, take sprinkle the table with flour, BUT ONLY a LITTLE bit!!!!! and put the dough on the table. And start to knead in this way:take the dough by the edges and pull it to the side, up, as if grasping the air, and fold the envelope. Knead gently, easily. Until then, until the dough begins to lag behind the Desk, will acquire a silky, supple structure. First, you can help skripochka. The dough will be sticky, flour do not add in any case!!!!!! So knead for about 10 minutes.

Here is the dough after 10 minutes kneading. It's really good behind the Desk even without flour.

Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover with something and leave for an hour for the approach. After an hour remove dough and repeat the procedure of mixing the same for 10 minutes. And again to put in a bowl for 1 hour to approach.

After the dough came at us a second time, we get it and divide in half (although you can leave in one piece, then it will be one loaf).

And put the bread, seam down on a baking sheet( grease with oil, I even put baking paper).To do the same with the second piece of dough. Give hlebushkom to come 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 250* Before the bread loaves onto the oven's walls, it is advisable to spray water. Bread put it in the oven , the fire is reduced to 200° and bake until Golden brown. Here, the time depend on the oven. But somewhere, about at least 30 minutes. Remove ,let cool and enjoy! BON APPETIT!!!!!!
