Dessert
Ambrosia dish in Latvian cuisine, known for unusual combinations of ingredients. In spite of this dessert stuck in my family, I only slightly adjusted it for our tastes.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    300 g

  • Jam

    300 ml

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    2 pinch

From the bread to make the breadcrumbs, cutting it into slices and dry in the oven, and skip through Mincer, mix with cinnamon.

A well-chilled whisk cream to soft peaks, at the end of the whipping add the powder and vanillin. I used fat sour cream, as my cream eaters do not like. It also needs to cool, whip for about 10 minutes in the end add the powder with the vanilla and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the cream thickens.

Next, put layers in portion forms cream, crackers, jam. Repeat layers 2-3 times. The proportions of the ingredients I have estimated, you can of course adjust to your own taste. Jam is better to take sour. I have a wonderful cherry jam with chocolate recipe Natalia (Mizuko), I think it's in this dessert fits perfectly.
