Burgers and wraps with notifyme cakes
Healthy and nutritious home fast food for lent. The original idea for Breakfast, snack or dinner. And easy to take along on a nature for a hearty picnic.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

Chickpeas soak overnight.

Grind the chickpeas in a blender. Potatoes peel and grate on a fine grater - so the weight appears fuller and the pieces do not fall. It is good to mix chickpeas and potatoes. Should be moist, soft paste, otherwise the cutlets will not be easy to shape. If you get too much liquid, you can add 1-2 tbsp of the sifted flour for adhesiveness. A good salt.

With wet hands shape patties. I baked them in the convection oven, so I put on the bars on the parchment. You can fry in a skillet in a small amount of vegetable oil under the lid, you can bake them in the oven. You can first a little bit to bake, so not a lot of "grabbed" and then fry in a skillet until crisp. If you overdry, you get a good cookies))

All hamburgers are ready! Tried to take a picture close up so the inside was visible, but still did not work.

Now make rolls. It's even easier. Take a sheet of lavash or tortillas in half and generously sprinkle with lettuce (iceberg I). Then put 1-2 notovich cutlets, cut in half and dressed with vegetable mayonnaise. Cover all this is the second half of the sheet of lavash and rolled into a tube.
