Muffins with rosemary
Found this recipe bookmarked on memori. Decided to try, turned out fragrant and delicious cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    1.5 Tbsp

Make the batter: beaten eggs with sugar. The mixture should be fluffy and light. After that pour a thin stream of vegetable oil (or olive oil)+chopped needles of rosemary, mix well. After adding the flour with the baking powder and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Tins to grease and oil and pour into them our dough into 3\\\\4 volume. Put in a preheated 160* oven for approximately 40 minutes.

When cooked, remove from the molds and allow to cool.
