Cooking
Knead the dough (flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water) Knead for about 15 minutes until soft, elastic dough. Evenly brush it with olive oil, place in a big bowl, close the transparent film and leave to rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Remove plastic wrap and place the dough on a cutting Board. Divide it using a spatula into as many parts as is supposed to make "rays" from "the sun".

Then one part of the test turn in spiral and gradually attach to the center is the "sun's rays". Cover ready "sun" with a napkin and put approximately 30-40 minutes (preferably away from drafts).
Approached "the sun" to grease with egg and place in a preheated 250*C oven for about 30 minutes.
Leave to cool on the baking sheet.
