The unusual design of this bread will raise your appetite!!!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Flour

    1.6 kg

  • Salt

    50 g

  • Olive oil

Knead the dough (flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water) Knead for about 15 minutes until soft, elastic dough. Evenly brush it with olive oil, place in a big bowl, close the transparent film and leave to rise for about 30-40 minutes.

Remove plastic wrap and place the dough on a cutting Board. Divide it using a spatula into as many parts as is supposed to make "rays" from "the sun".
