Cooking

step-0
Prepare the necessary products. I have to say, I cook a minimum of 2 servings, this time three servings, because for 2 cakes are eaten very quickly in our family.
step-1
Included to warm up the oven to 200 degrees. Butter melt in a water bath.
step-2
Remove from the heat, add the spices (sugar, cinnamon, ground coriander, ground ginger, cocoa). Stir.
step-3
Add eggs and stir. Beat nothing.
step-4
Add baking soda, slaked vinegar.
step-5
Add the flour in parts. I say that flour is somehow not enough, look to be quite thick, but a little, very little was realsales.
step-6
That is (as they say) to thick peaks. But the dough whisk, just stir.
step-7
Cover with parchment paper a baking sheet. No grease. Spread the gingerbread. You can spoon to pick up, and the second to help to handle on the baking sheet. Can hands dipped in water to shape the balls. But the second option is less practical: the dough is sticky, hands need to moisten after every 3-4 cakes. Often not stacked, pastries increases in size.
step-8
Put in preheated oven for 15, for 16 minutes (otherwise the cakes will be dry and the bottom too browned). Get. I, along with the parchment placed on the tray to re-release the pan and put the next batch in to bake. Subsequent batches bake a maximum of 10-11 minutes.
step-9
Enjoy gingerbread. They do not settle. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar, but I do not. For my family and so quite sweet. Here is the gingerbread in the rift.
