Cooking
The three potatoes on a coarse grater.
Ready to take the meat.
From stuffing make patties and roll them in grated potatoes.
Cakes spread on a heated pan and fry for 7 minutes on each side.
Fried patties spread in the form preliminary greased with butter, roll them in the sour cream, and 30 minutes in the oven heated to 200 degrees.
Served with a side dish... Bon appetit!!!
