Meatballs in pineapple
A very tasty dish. Recipe from "Cooking. no"

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

To prepare the stuffing. Mix meat, grated on a fine grater Apple, oatmeal, sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, egg, pepper, salt. Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until transparent state, through a strainer the excess oil to remove the cooled onions and add to the mince. Pineapple rings dry on a napkin. Write 75-100 ml. of pineapple syrup (the amount depends on the size of your form, where you will bake). Arrange the pineapple in shape. Wet hands to form meatballs (balls) and put them on rings.

Pour in the pineapple syrup form. Cover the top with foil. Place the form with the meatballs in heated to 180 degrees oven. Leave the foil for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and using a cooking brush to grease top meatballs with sour cream.

Put back in oven and cook for another 30-40 minutes, until Browning some meatballs.
