Salad
Very light and juicy salad. An opportune fit for new year's table.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Shred the cabbage.

Cut into cubes celery.

Cut into cubes crab sticks.

Apples cleaned, remove core and cut into cubes.

With pineapple, drain the juice and add to salad.

All mix, add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp yogurt. Salt.
