Salad Nicoise from ITLV.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Anchovies

    8 piece

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To wash vegetables, make out the canned tuna into small pieces, cook hard-boiled eggs.

Sauté the beans in olive oil ITLV Clásico until tender, season with salt and pepper and season with lemon juice. Prepare the filling: olive oil ITLV Virgen Extra whisk with white wine vinegar ITLV to the state of the emulsion. Then add finely chopped Basil and garlic (the garlic can be crushed with a knife). Salt and pepper refills.

Cut pepper – thin strips, shallot — half rings, tomatoes slices, olives — in half. In a dish put layers of salad mix and beans. Put the peppers, onions, olives, eggs, tomatoes and anchovy fillets. Pour salad dressing and serve.
