Tasty pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Potatoes wash, peel, cook, prepare the mashed potatoes. Add 1 egg and flour.

Onions and mushrooms chop and fry and stir in puree.

With a spoon take the mixture, put into a frying pan and fry like regular pancakes. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
