Description

Kurd Basil
Do You love Basil like I love him? :) Then you are welcome to visit? Kurd (or kerd) refers to the traditional English custards. It can be used as a filling in various cakes, rolls, profiteroles... Today I want to introduce You with not quite a traditional meal of Basil Kurd. Once getting him, I'm coming back to this recipe again and again... use as sauce to different kinds of meat and salads with a tomato - for me it's a classic combination. Goes well with pastries... savory with cheese gratin, for example... I Hope that You, my dear, will like my discovery!
