Another dish from Milanese series. It's more restaurant option. But we often make it at home.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, put in it Milanese and fry on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown - approximately 1-2 minutes for each side.
Put the fried Milanese at lunch dish.
Lightly grease Milanese mayonnaise. To put on top cut into thin slices tomatoes. Put on 1-2 minutes in the microwave to warm.
Cheese to RUB on a small grater and put (more) on top around the perimeter of Milanesi. Also perfect cheese - to grate no need, just cut into slices and cover Milanese.
Put the dish in the microwave and 1-2 minutes to warm - until the cheese starts to melt. Try not to overdo - here is the photo I have a little inconvenient, and cheese too so hot. But anyway it was delicious.
