Chicken, stewed in sour cream with mushrooms
The recipe was taken 3 years ago of an Internet and caught me. It is prepared from chicken or drumsticks. I think it is also called "fricasse&a mp;quot;, but maybe I'm wrong.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Greens

The chicken add salt and pepper if it is a fillet, then cut into pieces. Onion cut into half rings. In a pan on the bottom to put butter, lots of onions and a jar of sliced mushrooms without the liquid (the liquid does not pour!) Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Then add the chicken. Sour cream mix with liquid from underneath the mushrooms, add the crushed mushroom cube, add 1 tbsp flour, stir and pour into the pan. Mix well, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. As a garnish I really like the rice. You can sprinkle with herbs.
