Chicken leg quarters, wash, dry. Mix 2 tbsp oil, salt and herbs. RUB this mixture every calf. Peel and chop the onion. Sprinkle a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put a layer of onions and top of the tibia. Potatoes peel and cut into medium pieces. Fold the potatoes in a saucepan, add the "Vegeta", mayonnaise and 50 ml of olive (vegetable) oil. Mix well and put potatoes between his legs. The remaining liquid from the potatoes and pour into pan.
