Pesto of arugula
Delicious spaghetti sauce! The combination of nutty notes of arugula with walnuts and garlic - is m-m-mmm! Very tasty! Sauce address for lovers of salad, the same as I do ;-)

Ingredients

  • Arugula

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnuts

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Arugula rinse, Pat dry with paper towel from the excess water. (Here in Greece arugula giant size).

Coarsely chop arugula and measure out the required number for us to be sent to the blender. If you do not fit - punch in a blender, the volume will decrease.

Nuts slightly grind and then measure the required amount.

In a blender send garlic, grated cheese.

The final touch - olive oil.

Ah, Yes... more black pepper.., as for the salt, just a little cheese is enough solen. Better then add a little bit.

Punching in a blender until smooth nice green color.

Put in a container and in the fridge for 2 hours.

Add hot sauce to cooked spaghetti, mix well.

And the top is still a bit of Parmesan... Bon appetit!!!
