Cooking
Prepare food for our salad snacks, vegetables and mushrooms wash, peel the shrimp from the shell.
First marinate the shrimp. The marinade do the following, mix 1 tbsp. of oil Oleyna with 1 tbsp. of soy sauce and a clove of garlic (through the press), freshly ground pepper to taste. Leave our shrimp to marinate and prepare vegetables. Don't forget to fire up the grill.
Cut the zucchini and eggplant slices with a thickness of approximately 4 mm, and the pepper into strips.
The heated grill grease with a brush a course, and spread the vegetables. Gradually overcook minced.
The same is done with our shrimp and mushrooms.
All, all our components are ready! Now safely placed them on a platter. I always do on a big spread, almost in a single layer, the edges of the zucchini, then layers of eggplant, top with pepper (I slightly smaller cut after grilling), in the center put halves of cherry tomatoes, arbitrarily on top of the mushrooms and shrimp. Top with a spoon gently spread the filling. Prepare the dressing from a mixture of 3 tbsp oil Oleina 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 z. garlic and 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
So, our salad appetizer is ready! Nice and, believe me, is sooo delicious! Serve and fun to eat!!! Spring Oleina continues!!!
