Pancake cake with meat
On Shrove Tuesday a tradition to bake pancakes, and a lot of different. And decided to cook all sorts of dishes and treats. I recommend you to prepare an alternative version of empanadas, a tasty snack pancake cake, which will decorate your table and will surely win the hearts of your friends and loved ones if you arrange. This is a treat you can't refuse!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pressed yeast "Luxury Extra" mix with the sugar and a teaspoon of flour, add 50 ml of warm milk, stir until smooth.

In a suitable container sift flour, add egg, dissolved yeast, salt and milk. For convenience, I mix in a blender to avoid lumps. Cover with a lid, leave for 45-60 minutes to rise.

While the dough is suitable, one can prepare the filling. Cut onion into small cubes and passeruem it with two tablespoons of vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add the minced meat, salt, spices, mix well and fry for 7-10 minutes. After cover with a lid, set aside. You can use the already boiled meat, it will need to chop and also fry for 5 minutes with the onions.

Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan mix butter and flour, fry slightly, add salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Pour in the milk, and stir thoroughly avoiding any lumps. For convenience, you can use a blender. Bring the sauce to a boil, taste for taste, if not enough salt or spices can be added, boil a few minutes, cover and set aside.

When the dough came, start baking pancakes. Well heats the pan, grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of dough in the middle, a circular motion of the pan, distribute the dough evenly.

Bake for a minute on each side, podawa spatula flip. Remove the finished pancakes from the pan and add a pile.

Collect our cake. Pancake stack better on a fireproof dish or form, distribute evenly a layer of ground beef.

On top of the meat layer put the sauce.

On top of the sauce sprinkle with any hard cheese, grated on a fine grater. And so repeat until meat filling.

Cover the cake with pancake, grease the remnants of the sauce and sprinkle with cheese remnants. Before serving the cake should bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes, so the cheese melted.

Decorate according to your taste and serve! The cake is not difficult, the preparation can be divided into steps, you can use ready-made pancakes, this cake can be frozen, and on the day of submission just defrost and bake in the oven.
