Oat bars with pear
A great option for healthy Breakfast and snack. Happy to offer a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

  • Oat flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

On low heat melt the butter. Add the honey, sugar, vanilla sugar and pureed pear. Remove from the heat.

Add to the mix the flour and oatmeal.

Add the nuts and raisins. Thoroughly knead the mass.

Put the resulting mass on the pan, aligning and pressing down hands. Put to bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The prepared mixture is cooled and carefully cut into portions.
