Meatballs
This is my first dish on the Cook, so I wanted to start with something not quite normal. Actually the full name of this dish - "Hares in the snow looking for carrots" :) the history of the recipe, but rather its name I'll write at the end of the recipe. But for now let's try to cook together. The dish is quite quick to prepare and hearty balls made of minced meat stewed with potatoes and carrots. This concise easy, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the products. Onions cut into half rings, carrot strips and fry in a saucepan with a thick bottom in vegetable oil with spices. The beginning similar to cooking pilaf.
