Cooking
For the dish we'll need carrots, grated mozzarella cheese, soy sauce TM Kikkoman and sesame seeds, breadcrumbs and oil for frying carrots and grease over the meat and cutlets.
Carrots grate on a fine grater.
Heat the oil in a pan, I used melted butter, but you can use any oil for frying. Spread carrots in a frying pan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Depending on the diameter of the pan and the amount of carrots, may need a little more time. If the carrots are dry, you can add a little water, I did not add.
After 3 minutes, pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Off heat, add sesame seeds, just a little bit of black cumin and I added a pinch of sugar. Mix well.
Put the carrots into a suitable bowl, add the mozzarella and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Knead the minced meat.
To form the patties. I have used silicone molds heart for forming cutlets, I got two cakes at 155g. To enable the heating of the oven 190°.
Roll the patties in sesame seeds or breadcrumbs and place on the oiled baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
After 10-15 minutes of roasting, flip the patties.
I found the patties a little pale and I misted the chicken with oil and cook the top under the grill for 3 minutes.
Serve slightly chilled patties with sour cream. I added mint leaves for beauty, but this addition gave a very interesting taste. Bon appetit!
