This cookie is called diet, not only because of the low caloric content. To a greater extent, the value of this cookie in the fight against obesity is the lack of sources of fast carbs — sugar and flour. As this cookie is a godsend for busy during the day. Take a few pieces with you to work or on a trip, and you will always be supplied with energy due to the slow carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    200 g

  • Water

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar substitute

Cooking

In warm water dissolve sweetener to taste. It may be stevia, sorbitol, fructose or special pills for diabetics. If you do not recognize of any kind sugar substitutes, use honey or brown cane sugar.

Measure out your desired amount of cereal, add the sweetened water, egg, mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to flakes swelled.

After 10 minutes stir again.

Dampened hands, form the cookies and lay out on oiled baking sheet.

Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
